Dorya’s design team – a group of 14 highly trained designers - effectively introduce new products regularly. Directed by Dorya’s Creative Director, Megan Perry-Yorgancioglu, this team’s responsibility is to generate concepts and to efficiently engineer new products to fruition. One of Dorya’s most powerful resources, this team often receives accolades from media outlets and design peers for their cutting-edge furniture designs.

One of Dorya’s fundamental, signature traits is excellence in furniture innovation and technology. The Research and Development Division (R&D) relentlessly explores next generation strategies to improve product durability and to expand operational excellence. Another chief signature strength to Dorya’s R&D team is its ability to forecast future design trends and generate new product designs. For over three decades, Dorya has gained competitive advantage by regularly introducing new products to its already extensive line of fine furnishings.
